With over 20 years experience within the Revenue & Sales office we would like to share our experience and knowledge at your venue to ensure maximum profitability at all times.

We offer various services which can be tailor made to suit your needs and requirements, some of what we provide is as follows:-

* To carry out a Revenue & Sales Audit of the office, identifying strengths & weaknesses

* Review current Sales & Marketing plan to ensure activity is in line with current trading markets

* Analyse all external Channel Management systems

* Review staffing structure, productivity & training plan, with recommendations of any changes

* Review or implement rate strategies, looking at a 3 month forecast and current markets

* Introduce or review a negotiation plan ensuring at all times maximum revenue is being achieved

* Look at the 'showround' structure with all Front of House team, Revenue & Sales personnel

From time to time, unfortunately unforeseen circumstances can leave a Revenue & Sales Department short staffed, therefore at Moonlight Venue Solutions we are also happy to provide the following:-

* Short term contract to ensure smooth day to day running of the Revenue & Sales office

* Holiday and sickness cover

* Manager coaching and training

* Assisting with implementing the role of Revenue & Sales Manager

* Upgrades with Hotel systems e.g. PMS, S&C (Opera)

* Review and assist with yearly Revenue & Sales Budgets
